A great trip starts with good preparation. Whether you are heading off on a holiday, visiting family overseas or travelling for work, the right health advice before you go can save a lot of trouble while you are away.
Travel health advice before you go
Health risks vary widely from one destination to the next, and so do vaccination requirements. In a travel health consultation, our doctors review your itinerary, your medical history and your current vaccinations, then put together a plan tailored to where you are going and what you will be doing. We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks before departure so any vaccines have time to take effect.

Book 6 to 8 weeks before you fly
